Stuart McRobert (born in England) is a writer on strength training, best known as the Brawn (); The Insider’s Tell-All Handbook On Weight- Training. I’ve known McRobert for nearly 25 years. I devoured his first book, BRAWN, the very evening it arrived in my mailbox all the way from Cyprus.
