The future described makes for a wild read. Reduce breads, pastas, pastries, or anything that basically has sugar or honey in it to a very minimal part of your diet. It’s easy to dismiss some of Kurzweil’s recommendations as craziness, because they seem so extreme.
Fantastic Voyage shows us how we can use these new technologies to live longer than previously imaginable. For the most part it was quite informative and although it’s not a new book most of his predictions fsntastic true.
Fantastic Voyage is a most hopeful book. Overall, I’m glad that I bought the book and look forward to more fine writing from Kurzweil et al. Ultimately I have learned some things, and it’s prompted me to do further research in some areas.
According to the authors Kurzweil and Grossmanif kurzwei can live for another 20 to 30 years, you might be able to live indefinitely.
The rewards of this research, some of it as spectacular as science fiction, are practically in our grasp. For me, the mix of the three aspects inside of each chapter made it hard to focus my reading to the aspect I was most interested in.

The basic premise of the book is that if middle aged people can live long enough, until approximatelythey will be able to live forever —as humanity overcomes all diseases and old age itself.
No doubt we have much to learn and apply to voyate biological side of our existence, but there is a spiritual dimension to us that materialists like Kurzweil voyags. There are places that went right over my head with a lot of detail and graphs on topics related to the body, cells, cancers, mutations, etc.

The authors have extremely health-focused lifestyles. But then they ARE scientists and it’s quite possible that several of those life extending procedures are already taking place, who knows?

The basic premise is that since, according to Kurzweil, the singularity is coming soon, we should do all we possibly can to maintain our kudzweil so that we’re still around when the rapid changes of the singularity begin to happen. There’s enough here to provide some good ideas about our day-to-day health to make the book a worthwhile read.

The authors give advice on vitimins and supplement to take to increase your Fantastic Voyage is kurzwel most hopeful book. There are very useful tips that I will return to whenever I need to refresh my memory. For brain health, I take acetyl-l-carnitine, vinpocetine, phosphatidylserine, ginkgo biloba, glycerylphosphorylcholine, nextrutine, and quercetin. In keeping with this health philosophy, I am very kuurzweil in reprogramming my biochemistry.
