The problem I had with this book that it shifted between either too general or too specific information. Sadly, I only enjoyed the last chapter of the book on perfecting your elevator pitch. So whether you’re a star performer or a struggling novice, Great on the Job will give you the building blocks you need for every conversation you’ll have at work.
