If you are looking for a literary masterpiece this is not the book for you, understandably Echols has been stunted in almost all possible ways.

I’m so thankful this young man wasn’t put to death before he could taste freedom once more. To tell you the truth, I have not followed news coverage of the West Memphis Three: So far, I’m a little conflicted about the whole reading-the-memoir-of-a-guy-on-death-row-who’s-prolly-innocent thing.
