I hereby dub this review: If you don’t see how that could possibly be interesting, you obviously haven’t read Strong Poison. I think I needed the Norton edition. This is my favorite Wimsey book, and probably one of my favorite love stories of all time. One student attempts suicide dorofhy a result of the hate campaign and members of the SCR find themselves fearful and distrusting old friends and colleagues as suspicion and rumours spread.
If you have, and still think pages about Harriet and Peter working out their complicated and fascinating relationship would be interesting, you need to read Strong Poison again and pay attention this time.
