Blake would certainly never accept the invitation to a midnight ride offered by the icily attractive Cassandra, a mysterious figure he encounters at Flul Flags. How wrong I was. Fantastic YA stand alone that will raise all kinds of questions about who your friends and family truly are, and most importantly, who you are.

The rides were quite interesting. Plus, it’s told with Shusterman’s great writing, realistic characters, and over-all pure brilliance.

However, this book has gotten my taste more than the other one. Blake and Quinn are skillfully cast opposites: Blake and two shusterrman rush to the rave to save Quinn from whatever magical force has befallen him. I really loved how this was about a shy boy who has to face his fears in crazy unimaginable amusement park rides.

I had some doubts about this book. He has even tried his hand at creating Games, having developed three successful “How to Host a Mystery” game for teens, as well as seven “How to Host a Murder” games. A few days later, I shusherman strolling around the bookstore and suddenly saw this book, so I bought it in an instant.

I even read it right away because I couldn’t choose what book to read next. The characterization was also an important component in this novel.
