I was just annoyed ,isa this part of the author’s portrait of a vegan!. But then some miracle man and a kid get dropped into Ella’s life and by the end of the book she’s wanting life with the kid and traditional marriage.

But when it’s an author you worship, someone who has given you more reading pleasure than anyone else, it’s really depressing. Also I didn’t find the heroine assertive enough when her sister makes completely unfair accusations about her being selfish and controlling – we’re told the sister is in a mentally and emotionally vulnerable place and I respect that, but I think the heroine does herself and her sister a disservice by letting the truth slide on this issue.
Also, the word ‘voluptuous’ was over used and it wasn’t describing someone physically, which is what made it weird ex: This one didn’t do it for me fstate it did for other readers that raves about this book. Some of her books will go down in the history of my favorite romances of all time. We take abuse seriously in our discussion boards. I respected her decision to immediately take care of her sister’s baby and felt so much more could have kleypax captured with that storyline.
